1. General Return Eligibility and Window
We accept returns for items purchased directly from our website within 30 days of the original delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

In New Condition: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

In Original Packaging: Returned with all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories intact.

Accompanied by an RMA: Returned with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by our Customer Service team.
Note: Any item that shows signs of use, has been modified (e.g., custom strung rackets), or is missing its original packaging will be ineligible for a refund.
2. The Return Process
All returns must follow these steps to be processed correctly:

Receive Instructions: If approved, our team will issue a unique RMA number and provide you with the return shipping address and detailed instructions.

Package and Ship: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the return package. You are responsible for securely packaging the item to prevent damage during transit. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged on their way back to us.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the package, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria (Section 1). If the inspection is successful, the refund will be processed.
3. Shipping Costs and Fees

Our Error (Defective/Wrong Item): If the return is the result of an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs.

Customer Choice (Preference/Sizing): If the return is due to customer preference, such as ordering the wrong size or changing your mind, the following will apply:

Original Shipping Costs: The original shipping costs paid on your order are non-refundable.

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all costs associated with return shipping.

Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee may be deducted from your total refund to cover the costs of processing, inspection, and repackaging.

4. Refunds and Processing Time

Refunds are issued after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected (typically within 5-7 business days of receipt).

The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
Final Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale,” clearance items, or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size, color, or item, please initiate a return for the original product and place a separate, new order for the desired replacement item. This ensures you receive the correct item as quickly as possible.
